The staff at Carpenter Insurance Agency spends numerous hours on product knowledge and a large percentage of our licensed staff has earned industry designations. Each of our producers has a designation earned by a six week study course and two weeks of classroom experience. Our support personnel attend classes in risk management, loss mitigation, claims handling, improving people skills and are urged to attend any class which would improve the service and client experience with our company.
